Thank you for shopping at Homilo! We're dedicated to providing quality products that meet your expectations. This Warranty Policy explains what's covered, what’s not, and how to request a replacement if needed.
1. Warranty Coverage
All eligible products on homilo.in include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Non-functioning or defective mechanisms
- Broken or missing parts due to manufacturing error
- Battery failure on arrival (if reported within 24 hours)
2. What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage after delivery
- Water damage or moisture exposure
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or paint chipping
- Battery depletion after use
3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery.
- Report any issues within the 15-day warranty period.
- Send your order number, issue details, and video proof via WhatsApp or email.
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and replacement at no cost. Replacements are typically dispatched within 7 working days after approval.
4. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. Claims beyond this period cannot be processed.
