Here are simple answers to common shipping questions for orders placed on homilo.in. If you still need help, contact us using the contact box at the bottom.

How long does it take to process my order?
We usually process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing means packing and handing the parcel to the courier. During big sales or public holidays it may take a bit longer — we'll tell you if that's the case.
What shipping options do you have?
At checkout you can choose the available shipping options for your address (standard or expedited where offered). The available options and estimated delivery times are shown before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option and your location:
  • Within India: usually 3–7 business days (standard).
  • Expedited: where available, 1–3 business days.
  • International: typically 7–21 business days (customs may add delay).
These are estimates — couriers, customs, or weather can sometimes cause delays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. When we ship your order you'll get an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also check order status in your account on homilo.in.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice the mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately at info@homilo.in or WhatsApp/phone at +91 82732 01234. If the order hasn't shipped we can usually update it. If it has already shipped, we'll work with the courier to try to redirect it — or advise how to return and resend.
Do you ship outside India?
We deliver to selected international locations. Not every product may be available for international shipping. International orders can have import duties, taxes or customs fees which the recipient is responsible for.
My package is late or missing — what should I do?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it still looks stuck or the parcel doesn't arrive within the estimated time, contact us with your order number: We'll contact the courier and update you about next steps.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Try to contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped we can usually change or cancel it. If it's already on the way, we'll tell you how to return it after delivery (returns rules and charges may apply).
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is because of our mistake (damaged, wrong item), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label where possible. If you return for a change of mind, return shipping is generally paid by the customer unless we state otherwise.
