Return Policy

At Homilo, we want every product to bring satisfaction and comfort — not stress. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing your order.

1. How to Cancel an Order

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, we take full responsibility. To process a claim:

• A parcel opening video is mandatory.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send the video and order details via WhatsApp or email.

After verification, we will arrange pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Faulty or Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement under warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

Once approved, we will arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement within 7 working days.

4. Buyer Changed Their Mind

If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a 100% refund. Once shipped, no refund is possible for change-of-mind or dislike cases. Customized items are not eligible for return.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Every item is carefully checked before dispatch.

6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong product:

• Record a parcel opening video.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost.

7. Returned Parcels (Customer Not Accepted)

If a prepaid order is returned because the customer did not accept the parcel, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
