How do I create an account?
On checkout you can create an account by entering your email and choosing a password, or click Sign up (if visible) on the website. Having an account saves your details for faster checkout and lets you view order history.
Why should I create an account?
An account makes checkout faster, stores addresses, lets you track orders, view past purchases, and manage returns more easily.
I can't log in — what can I do?
First, check your email and password are correct. Use the Forgot password link on the login page to reset. If you still have trouble, contact us with the email you used to register and we will help.
How do I reset my password?
Click the Forgot password link on the sign-in page, enter your account email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. If you don't receive the email, check spam, or contact us and we'll assist.
Where can I see my past orders?
After signing in, go to My Account or Order History on the site to view past orders, tracking info, and invoices.
How do I add or change my shipping address?
Sign in, open your account settings or address book, and add or edit addresses. You can also update the address during checkout before confirming payment.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?
To subscribe, tick the newsletter box when you sign up or enter your email in the newsletter field (if available). To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us and we will remove you.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — if you'd like your account removed, contact us with the account email and request deletion. We'll confirm identity before processing and explain what data we must retain for legal or transactional reasons.
How do you keep my account secure?
Use a strong, unique password and keep it private. We use standard security measures to protect account data, but never share your password or OTP with anyone — even if they claim to be from homilo.in.
Can I have more than one account?
You can create separate accounts with different email addresses, but it's simpler to use one account to keep your orders and addresses in one place.
I checked out as a guest — how can I track my order?
Use the order confirmation email to track your purchase. If you want easier tracking in future, create an account and link the email used for the order to see order history.
