Shipping Coverage

homilo.in ships to addresses across India using trusted courier partners. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

• Free prepaid shipping on all orders above ₹299.
• For orders below ₹299, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹399 only.
• A nominal ₹49 COD handling fee applies to all COD orders.
• All fees are shown clearly during checkout — there are no hidden charges.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 0–1 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your location and the courier partner. Delivery timelines may change due to courier delays, customs procedures, weather, or peak season volumes.

Tracking Your Order

We will share a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once your order ships. Use that number on the courier partner's website to track your delivery. If you need help, contact our support team and we will assist you.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you entered the wrong address or need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order has already shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We rely on third-party courier services for deliveries. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional transit delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve issues as they arise.
