Refund Policy

At Homilo, we work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations. Refunds are available only under specific conditions described below. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are possible only if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dislike, or product usage dissatisfaction. Placing an order on homilo.in constitutes a legally binding purchase agreement.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To process such claims:

  • A parcel opening video is required to verify the issue.
  • Claims should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Send the video and order details to us via email or WhatsApp (links below).

After verification, we will advise the next steps and process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

3. Buyer Changed Their Mind

We do not accept refund requests due to buyer's remorse or change of mind after placing the order. If you cancel before dispatch you may be eligible for a refund (see section 1).

4. Parcel Returned to Us (Customer Not Accepted)

If a prepaid parcel is returned to us because the customer did not accept delivery, the refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund (only if eligible), contact our support team immediately using the contact details below. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or card provider. If your bank confirms no credit was received, contact us and we will assist further.
